Welcome to Steppin’ Out 2020, the Calgary Retired Teachers’ Association’s annual
banquet and conference for retired colleagues and friends. Join us as we take a
‘Dip into Wellness.’ We’re saving a spot just for you.
THURSDAY, April 30 FRIDAY, May 1
Prime-rib dinner and an entertaining evening
with Rob Skeet and Clay Pigeon. With over
thirty years of experience in the entertainment
industry, Rob’s act features a wide variety of
music styles, including rock, country, pop,
sing‑a‑long, and some stuff that’s just plain
silly. Clay, who also answers to Jared Albright,
not only joins in Rob’s shenanigans, but is also
one of Calgary’s most talented fiddlers. Continental breakfast, lunch, wind-up social
hour, and in between: an opening session
with Brian Farrell, retired CBE teacher. Over
his forty‑year career as a musician, educator,
artistic director, and vocal coach, Brian has
worked with voices of award-winning musicians
and presenters. He’ll share some anecdotes
from in and out of schools and his firm belief:
“Your Voice Can Make a Difference in the World.”
