AND WANT TO CONTRIBUTE TO FURTHER UNDERSTANDING HEALTH AND MOBILITY AMONG CANADIAN SENIORS ?
Study Purpose : We are conducting a Canadian survey to examine how health and lifestyle factors impact mobility . We are hoping to determine how health , physical , cognitive and social factors influence injury rates including driving and fall-related accidents . To participate , you must be aged 45 and older .
Why Participate ? Information collected will help to improve programs , services and education catered to the needs of aging Canadians .
