1. Find an activity you enjoy.
2. Minutes count! Try increasing your activity
time by fi ve minutes each day.
3. Active time can be social time! Look to your
friends and family and get together for an
exercise class or a walk.
4. Take the stairs whenever possible;
every step counts.
