Erika Foley , an ARTA member for almost twenty years , has volunteered on several ARTA committees . As president of the Wainwright Retired Teachers ' Association ( WRTA ) branch , she also serves on the ARTA board . Erika happily donned the Heart and Sole T-shirt to walk with other members of WRTA on April 21 .
