KELOWNA, BC
We grieve the loss of Ron Rhine, whose contributions to ARTA radically changed
the operation of the organization. He served on the executive for eleven years
between 1983 and 1996 and as President from 1986 to 1988. As ARTA’s first
Executive Secretary, Ron was instrumental in introducing both news&views
magazine in 1992 and the ARTA Retiree Health Benefits Plan in 1995.
