Ronald “Ron” Lewis Rhine Pic KELOWNA, BC We grieve the loss of Ron Rhine, whose contributions to ARTA radically changed the operation of the organization. He served on the executive for eleven years between 1983 and 1996 and as President from 1986 to 1988. As ARTA’s first Executive Secretary, Ron was instrumental in introducing both news&views magazine in 1992 and the ARTA Retiree Health Benefits Plan in 1995.
