The staff in the ARTA office would like to thank our members for their patience during the recent changeover to our new benefits provider , the Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan .

The phone lines at ARTA and ASEBP have been extremely busy , and we apologize for any inconvenience or wait you may have had during this transition . Likewise , if you have emailed the ARTA office , while we try to respond quickly , we do have a backlog that we are working on clearing up as soon as we can .

Tax Notices

Tax notices from ARTA were sent at the end of February . If you were expecting one and it did not arrive , please contact the ARTA office .

New Benefit Cards

If you have not yet received your new benefit cards , please contact ASEBP at 1-855-444-2782 .

Claim Forms

If you require a claim form for reimbursement , they can be obtained by calling the ARTA office , calling ASEBP , or download from the website at www . arta . net .

ARTA ’ s 50 th Anniversary

ARTA is celebrating its 50 th anniversary , and in honour of the occasion we are offering as prizes three ( yes , count ‘ em , three !) authentic , limited edition , exclusive 50 th anniversary packages . These hot items are sure to become collector ’ s items in years to come .
